Georgie Bryant, coach for senior professional women

Hi, I’m Georgie.

I kept meeting the same woman. They worked in different industries, had different job titles and pretty different lives.

But she always said a version of the same thing.

"I'm constantly chasing my tail."

"Everything feels urgent."

"I just need to get on top of things."

One woman was convinced they'd regret promoting her. Another said, "I'm suffocating."

They all thought they had different problems but they didn't.

They were incredibly capable women carrying the weight of everything and wondering how much longer they could keep doing it.

Most women come to me convinced they have a workload problem.

Too much work, too many competing priorities, not enough time.

After a decade of coaching women, that’s not all that’s going on.

What I see instead is women treating everything like an emergency, carrying responsibility for everyone around them and spending so much time thinking about work that they never really leave it.

If you're reading this thinking, "Oh God, that's me” – you’re in the right place.

You need a different relationship with the work that's already there.

That's the work we do together.

Before I was a coach

I spent 15 years in senior corporate roles, so when I say I know what it's like to be the most capable woman in the room who still can't get on top of her own week – I mean I lived it too and my method for changing this works.

"She has a talent for turning chaos into clarity." – Team Member, Salesforce

More About Me

I live in Melbourne with my family. I take lunch breaks and a walk along Merri Creek every day, I take me time at my 80s dance class every week and like to wrap up the week with a Pinot Noir and a cheese board.

I built this coaching practice because I got tired of watching incredible women carry the weight of everything on their own. I'm glad you found your way here.
