THE EXECUTIVE EDIT
For women in demanding jobs who want to smash it at work and still have time for the rest of their lives.
The Executive Edit
The 12 week private coaching program for high-performing women who are trying to do everything… and slowly losing the plot.
You're in back-to-back meetings, your inbox is out of control and there are at least 12 things that have been sitting on your list for 3 weeks. Every time you see them, you’re reminded of just how much you have to do.
Your day doesn't feel like your own. Everything is urgent, everything feels equally important and you're always trying to catch your tail.
You told someone you'd have that piece of work to them Friday. Now it's Friday morning and you still haven't found the time… again.
And you’re carrying all this around in your head.
From the outside, you’re an absolute powerhouse who makes it look effortless – but inside, you’re running on long blacks, pure adrenaline and dreading every work week.
You’ve risen through the ranks. You’ve been promoted. People think you’re great at your job.
So why does it feel like you're barely keeping up?
At 6pm you meet the girls for drinks. One sip of a spicy marg in, that flicker of relief doesn't last long. You’ve got a few more hours of work waiting for you tonight and you need to be sharp by 7am tomorrow.
You shouldn't have to live in a constant state of internal emergency to keep succeeding at work.
And you probably tell yourself the problem is you – that you’re not quick enough, not strategic enough, not disciplined enough. That’s absolutely not true.
It’s not a you problem. That’s just how we work as humans.
The problem is that the way you’ve learned to succeed – being available, picking things up, making it work, getting things done at 11pm – isn’t sustainable anymore.
Imagine if work could feel different
〰️
Imagine if work could feel different 〰️
Imagine having your day back.
Imagine
Waking up at 6am on a weekday, heading out for a walk before anyone else is up, feeling proud you’ve had an active start to your day.
Getting ready
Coffee in hand
Walking into the office dressed up and confident
Feeling dressed for success, not just surviving the morning.
Walking into the 9am meeting already prepared and speaking up with the answer instead of watching someone else get credit for it.
Closing your laptop at 5pm with a clean desk, knowing exactly what to expect tomorrow, and actually letting the work day go.
An evening that's active – exercising, catching up with friends, family time.
That’s all completely possible for you inside The Executive Edit
Introducing: The Executive Edit
The Executive Edit is 12 weeks of private coaching where we work on your actual workload, your thinking and the way your work days are going – so you can get on top of your work and handle what comes next. We’ll work towards you closing the laptop at 5pm, without feeling like something is going to fall apart, looking like you're slacking off or losing the edge that got you here in the first place.
I’m not giving you another planner, or telling you to work at 8pm, or asking you to find another 3 hours in your already full week to implement a complicated system. We’re working with your real job. Your real calendar, colleagues and boss.
None of this means anything is wrong with you btw – the fact that so many women are going through it just means it’s a pattern and that’s what I fix for you in coaching.
Your Panicking Brain is treating a slightly passive-aggressive email, a sudden staff resignation and the school pickup logistics with the exact same level of adrenaline it would reserve for a genuine emergency.
Inside The Executive Edit, we get your Planning Brain back in charge. You learn how to decide what's most important, how you can work more efficiently, what you can delegate – and what to do when there genuinely isn't enough capacity.

HOW WE DO IT
PHASE 1
In our first month together, I’ll teach you the 5 step process you can use daily to get back in control of your workload this week, this month and for the coming quarter.
We’ll look at something most productivity programs never cover: what happens in your brain when the plan goes off the rails.
Because when you're constantly reacting, you lose the space to think strategically. You jump between tasks. You work yourself into the ground with ridiculous deadlines.
We'll find the pattern underneath that – and once you can see what's actually happening, you can finally stop blaming yourself for why the plan keeps failing.
Then we start creating the kind of week you've been trying to have for years: focused work you actually finish, proper breaks and enough space to think ahead. That might mean 90 minutes to two hours of protected focus time to batch performance reviews, write that process or finally finish the report that's been hanging around for weeks.
We'll close the gap between the woman skipping lunch every day hunched over her computer and the version of you who'd love to be sipping her latte and eating her salad outside at a cafe.

PHASE 2
Rewire It
Change What’s Driving The Way You Work
Underneath the overwhelm are beliefs that have been running your work life for many years:
“I can't burden my team.”
“Saying it's going to slip looks so bad.”
“I do more than what's practical.”
“If I don’t keep up, they’ll regret putting me in this role.”
We pull those beliefs apart and start testing what happens when you don't automatically believe them.
Can you delegate without feeling guilty?
Can you say a deadline needs to move without deciding you've failed?
Can you stop treating every request as urgent?
Can you take a proper break without anything slipping?
This is where your Planning Brain starts becoming your default.
You'll make decisions faster, focus on the most important work, take proper breaks without guilt and get things done without needing panic to drive you to do it.
The goal isn't to “think positive”. It's to trust yourself enough to respond differently when work gets messy.
PHASE 3
Now we cement it into your life for years to come.
This is:
you getting home in time for bedtime instead of walking in as the last parent through the door
no longer feeling that itch to quickly check Slack over dinner
standing up in the meeting and whiteboarding the answer, instead of watching someone else do it while you sit there knowing you had it first
a full night's sleep – no 3am spiral going over a message you later realised meant nothing (and was not worth losing precious sleep over)
you making clear-headed decisions about your career – whether to change roles, change companies or push for the promotion – from self-trust, not dread or fear.
You're not trying to keep all of it together anymore – this is just how you work. You’re no longer behind. You’re on top of things.
Rebuild It
Make This Your New Way of Working
Imagine trusting yourself again.
You make a plan – and know you’ll follow through. Something unexpected lands – and instead of spiralling, you adjust, you use your Plan B, you keep going.
And that kind of self-trust starts to shine through in the way you show up. You make decisions more confidently. You speak up. You stop second-guessing yourself.
You know: “I've got this.”
"I value myself more – it genuinely makes me emotional to think about it. I've consistently put myself first for 12 weeks straight. I know what I want, I treat myself better, and the limiting beliefs I started with barely show up anymore."
— Georgia, Founder
and soon…
You close the laptop and walk down the street thinking:
I've done everything I need to do today. And I can have that second spicy marg if I want to.
By the end of the program you’ll have:
Space for everything in your day
Rather than spending the day running around doing a million tasks, you’ll have space to focus on what you need to actually do.
A feeling of control
Finish the day knowing what you’ve accomplished, what tomorrow looks like and be able to let the work day go.
Belief that you’re great at what you do
You’ll feel accomplished and proud of your work, rather than wondering why you never feel like you’re achieving enough.
A real lunch break
To read your Kindle, go for a walk and get fresh air (and not feel the need to have Teams open on your phone).
The confidence to delegate
You trust your team, make the call and stop being the workhorse.
A life you’re actually able to enjoy
You’ll finish work and actually finish work. You’ll feel present with your kids, enjoy your success and stop thinking about work all night.
And most importantly, you’ll have yourself back.
You won't need to become less ambitious. You won't need to care less about your career.
But you will know what's important, how to follow through and what to do when the goalposts shift.
And being on top of everything will feel like absolute freedom.
Women who’ve done it
“I went from being convinced they'd regret putting me in this role – to people wanting to join my team.”
— Anna, chief operating officer“Instead of working late and getting home after 7pm every night, I'm home by 6pm at least three nights a week. The coaching has been empowering and validating.”
— Melissa, senior Manager and Chartered Accountant“I was so overwhelmed with life and work, I couldn't see my way through. Now I've got the ability to say no and set clear boundaries – which means I actually have time at home, and down time.”
— Emma, Regional Sales ManagerI've been the woman sitting in the meeting.
I’m Georgie. I spent over 15 years in corporate leadership before I became a coach – managing global teams in tech, working for some of the most prestigious educational publishers in the world and getting promoted three times after coming back from maternity leave part-time (which the bros did not love).
I've been the woman sitting in the meeting, carrying an impossible workload, trying to hold everything together and wondering how the hell everyone else seemed to be coping.
I've cried in a boardroom. I've managed huge teams. I've dealt with client escalations, complex projects, politics and all the rest.
And I've learned what it takes to stay calm when everything hits at once – without dropping the ball or sacrificing your life to keep up.
For the last 10 years, I’ve coached women in demanding jobs through exactly that. Women who were brilliant at their jobs but so tired by the way they were having to do them. The same women who left the chaotic to do lists and the 3am wake ups behind.

Questions you might be asking
-
I totally understand. As women, we put huge pressure on ourselves to push through by ourselves, or feel like we shouldn't need help in the first place.
But honestly? We should have all been taught this stuff at school.
That embarrassment is just your Panicking Brain trying to figure it out on its own. And if that was going to work, it would have by now.
I talk to women who feel just like you every day. You're not uniquely screwed – you just need a different way of handling what's landing on your plate. And that's exactly what we'll work on together.
Also, no one at work has to know. You can take the calls from home, a meeting room or on your lunchtime walk. Voxer is a private app on your own phone. You can pay personally – or if you'd rather work paid, you can ask for it as professional development budget.
-
We're not going to add another big thing to your already overflowing week. The coaching is designed to work around your working life, with calls scheduled flexibly and weekday Voxer support in between.
And we're not going to spend 12 weeks talking about how busy you are. We're going to work on the things that are making your workload harder to manage, so you start getting time back.
-
No – that's the exact problem we're here to solve.
There's no calmer time coming. There will always be another deadline, another meeting, another person who needs something from you.
This work is what makes the calm arrive, not the other way around.
And if you've been telling yourself you'll deal with this when things settle down, you already know how that story ends.
It's a 3 month investment in changing how you work for the next 20 or 30 years of your career.
-
Sometimes it is. We're not going to mindset our way out of an impossible workload.
We'll look at what's actually on your plate and work out what needs to stay with you, what can be delegated, what needs to move and when you need to have a capacity conversation.
And we'll also look at what's making a manageable workload feel impossible – the reacting, second-guessing, doing everything yourself and treating everything as urgent.
The point isn't to convince yourself you have less work. It's to know how to handle the work you actually have.
-
Nope.
Being strict is exactly what causes us to fall into more feelings of “not enough.”
We're going to work together to figure out what actually works for you – a way of structuring your week that gets the important work done without making you feel like you're failing every time something changes.
And you won't be left to figure it out on your own. That's what the coaching and weekday Voxer support are for.
“I thought I was going to leave the call with a strict schedule to follow as a form of self-discipline. What I got instead was so much more. The conversation completely shifted my perspective on what I should be doing with my time and, more importantly, who I should be giving my time to.”
— Laine, Designer and Business Owner

It is a meaningful investment, and it’s worth thinking about what you’re investing in.
Ask yourself what another year of this is actually costing you – the late nights working, the 3am wake ups, the feeling that you're never quite on top of things, the time you're not really present for your life.
Then ask yourself what it's worth to be done with that.
You're investing $3k in changing the way you work so you can have the career and the life you actually want.
You can have a successful career, a full schedule and still have a life.
The Executive Edit helps you create that.
Bring your chaotic calendar, your racing thoughts – there is a way out.
